Who Is Ildiko Haag?

I grew up in communist Hungary in the 70s and 80s in intense circumstances. By the time my 5th child was born, I struggled to keep it together. All those hurts collected were too much to carry and keep hidden. I desperately needed to find ways to heal my triggers and ground myself. You can learn it too.


The 3-minute Inner-Peace technique I want to share with you was one of the most effective ways to help my nervous system regulate itself, become present and feel safe when anxiety and panic visited. It will help you to find peace quickly, and you will find that this is a technique that you can actually remember even 'in the moment'.
