Finding Truth in Tears

Where will the truth come from? From our tears. We all want to be happy. Yet, we often resist descending into our emotional depths. This is understandable.. Many of us weren't offered the loving arms or a safe space to experience our complex feelings. But it's in these depths, like a seed safely settled in dark earth, that we find the courage to let go of our 'seedness' and by dying, providing nourishment to the new plant.

The Courage to Descend

We need to learn that it's okay to fall to the ground, to cry out tears of futility when plans fail or dreams shatter. This descent, visiting low-vibrational states such as grief, sadness, and anger, is essential. These emotional depths are like fertile soil, allowing for new insights and ways of being to sprout. It's here, in these low-frequency emotions, that we find the courage to rise again—full of love, joy, and enlightenment.

A Natural Sanctuary

If you're wondering how to start this process of descent, consider spending time in nature. When I first started visiting a specific spot in my garden every day, I felt the tears flowing even before I got there. Nature has a unique way of holding space for us. The unconditional invitation to simply exist encourages us to reconnect with both the natural world and our natural selves. You may find that grief surfaces naturally as you form this bond.

Emotional Regularity: The Digestive Metaphor

Think of this emotional journey as similar to the cycle of digestion. We can't continue to consume—emotionally or materially—without also making time for emotional "elimination." Just as you'd visit the toilet once or twice a day to maintain physical wellness, it's beneficial to regularly allow emotional release. This energy shift indicates when it's time to ascend; don't rush the process.

Coping with Backlogs

If you've stored up years' worth of emotional oceans, be patient. True happiness emerges as we process this backlog. Indeed, most problems begin to heal and resolve when we find a safe space for this emotional descent. No lasting healing is achievable without it.

  • I reviewed your 3-minute inner peace bundle and really appreciated how grounded I felt. Also, the idea of why we must descend in order to ascend really resonates with me in this particular time in my life. Thank you so much for your love, patience, words of wisdom, and compassion.
